Terms of Service

1. Parties

The seller is a private individual residing in Ukraine, contact address elykapec@gmail.com. The buyer is the person placing an order at meet-ai.com.ua.

This document is a public offer. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the terms below.

2. What is being bought

A non-exclusive right to use the Meet AI software under the chosen plan, plus tokens — a prepaid amount of speech processing and model answers.

The right is personal: a key is issued to one buyer and may not be transferred, resold or shared. The number of simultaneous devices is limited by the plan.

3. Payment and key delivery

Prices are listed on the site. There is no payment provider: you transfer the money using the details shown on the order page and mark it with the "I paid" button, leaving a payment note.

We reconcile the incoming payment by hand and confirm the order, usually within one day. Once confirmed, the key appears in your account and tokens are credited to its balance.

Bank and payment network fees are paid by the buyer.

4. Tokens

Tokens are spent as the service works: on speech recognition and on model answers. The cost depends on the chosen model and the size of the request.

The remaining balance does not expire and carries over to the next period. Tokens are bound to a key and cannot be moved to another one.

5. Refunds

Within 14 days of payment you may cancel the purchase if no more than 10% of the received tokens have been spent. We refund the amount paid, minus the value of what was spent and any fees withheld by the bank or payment network.

Spent tokens are not refundable: we have already paid the model providers for them.

Send your request to elykapec@gmail.com from the account email, quoting the order number. We review it within 5 business days and refund by the same method you paid with, within 14 days of agreement.

If the service was down through our fault for more than 24 hours in a row, we refund the unused period or extend the subscription — your choice, regardless of the 14-day window.

6. Acceptable use

Suggestions are advisory. A human always makes the decision: the software can mishear, be wrong, or offer an inaccurate answer.

The buyer is responsible for making sure their use does not breach the rules of platforms, employers or educational institutions, nor the laws on recording conversations in their jurisdiction. In many countries recording another person without notice is illegal.

Reverse engineering, modifying and redistributing the software, circumventing licence limits and reselling access are prohibited.

7. Revoking access

A key may be revoked without a refund if it is shared, resold, used to bypass limits, or used for unlawful activity.

For revocation on any other grounds we notify you by email and refund the unused period.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that suggestions will be accurate, useful, or lead to the outcome you want.

Operation depends on model providers: if their services are unavailable, request processing is unavailable too. We try to warn about it, but cannot influence it.

Our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the current paid period.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms and the prices. Changes do not affect periods already paid for: what is paid runs on the terms in force at the time of payment. The date of the last change is shown at the top of the page.

10. Governing law and disputes

These relations are governed by the law of Ukraine. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, in court under Ukrainian law.
